The plugin is a simple MPRIS-based widget that displays radio station info and controls playback. It sanitizes external metadata before rendering, uses plain text, and only opens the radiogram.dev URL externally. No malicious or suspicious behavior was found.

  • Opens external URLs (https://radiogram.dev) when no player is available, which is expected functionality but could be a minor privacy consideration.
How this check works

This review combines the deterministic scan (the rule-based results above) with an independent look at the plugin's code by a language model. The model reads a trimmed sample of the repository's files, the manifest, and the README, then gives a plain-language risk level and a recommendation: install (no notable danger), review (look closer first), or avoid (clearly dangerous).

It runs on the same analyzed commit as the deterministic scan and is strictly advisory — it is not a security guarantee and never blocks a plugin by itself. A human moderator still reviews plugins before they are listed.

Install
$ omarchy plugin add https://github.com/forcequit/radiogram.dev --enable
Widgets #bar

Radiogram for Omarchy Quattro

A native Omarchy Quattro bar-widget plugin for Radiogram.

What it does

  • Shows the current Radiogram station and play/pause state in the Omarchy bar.
  • Left-click the bar widget to play/pause.
  • Right-click to open a detail panel with station info and an Open/Play action.
  • Works through the browser's MPRIS bridge (Chromium/Firefox on Wayland).

Requirements

  • Omarchy Quattro
  • A Chromium or Firefox browser playing Radiogram that exposes an MPRIS media session

The web app already sets artist = "Radiogram" in its Media Session metadata so the plugin can identify the player.

Install

  1. Clone or copy this folder into your Omarchy plugins directory:
mkdir -p ~/.config/omarchy/plugins/radiogram.radiogram
cp manifest.json BarWidget.qml Panel.qml ~/.config/omarchy/plugins/radiogram.radiogram/
  1. Validate the plugin:
omarchy plugin validate ~/.config/omarchy/plugins/radiogram.radiogram
  1. Enable the widget in your Omarchy bar config (typically in the center section).

  2. Reload the shell:

omarchy-shell shell rescanPlugins

Uninstall

rm -rf ~/.config/omarchy/plugins/radiogram.radiogram
omarchy-shell shell rescanPlugins

Development

omarchy plugin clone radiogram.radiogram --edit

Validate QML with qmllint:

PLUGIN_DIR="$HOME/.config/omarchy/plugins/radiogram.radiogram"
qmllint -I "$OMARCHY_PATH/shell" "$PLUGIN_DIR/BarWidget.qml" "$PLUGIN_DIR/Panel.qml"
