The plugin controls audio playback through mpv and keeps the UI intentionally small: play, pause, and a shortcut to open the stream on YouTube.

Install

omarchy plugin add https://github.com/turner-ps/omarchy-chillhop-radio.git --enable

If you install without --enable, enable it later with:

omarchy plugin enable turner-ps.chillhop right

Requirements

  • mpv
  • yt-dlp
  • socat

These are used to resolve and control the YouTube live audio stream through mpv's IPC socket.

Controls

  • Left click: open the panel
  • Right click: play or pause
  • Space: play or pause while the panel is open
  • Enter: activate the highlighted panel action
  • Esc: close the panel
  • Arrow keys or h/j/k/l: move between panel actions
